Fermentation and aging in steel for 4 months.

Rosé colour. Vinous fragrance, slightly fruity and delicate aroma.
Dry and weel-balanced flavour with marked sapidity.

Appetizers, vegetable soups, white meat, grilled fish, stewed fish.
