FERMENTATION AND REFINEMENT
Spontaneous whole-cluster fermentation in cement tanks, followed by maturation for 24 months. Aged in bottle: 10-12 months.

ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION
Ruby-red color with purple hues. Intense aroma of spices, such as pepper and cloves, combined with red fruit in spirits. Crisp and fresh mouthfeel with great sapidity, making it ready to drink despite its tannic structure.

MATCHING
A versatile wine that lends itself to classic pairings, such as red meats and cheeses, but also fish dishes, such as octopus, tuna, and cod.
