WHITE WINES, RED WINES AND CLASSIC METHOD
Our white, red, and classic method sparkling wines represent the excellence of the Custoza territory and the morainic hills of Lake Garda. Each bottle is born from attention to quality, tradition, and innovation, offering elegant, balanced wines full of character.
White wines, like Custoza and Lugana, express freshness, intense aromas, and pleasant sapidity thanks to the gravelly soils and unique microclimate of the area. Red wines, such as Bardolino and Cabernet Sauvignon, stand out for structure, longevity, and harmony, the result of careful grape selection and attentive aging.
Classic method sparkling wines are our flagship: produced with traditional methods, they combine finesse, complexity, and freshness, perfect for any celebration or tasting.

Our Vineyards
Our vineyards expand into Custoza, among the evocative landscapes of the morainic hills located southeast of Lake Garda, just a few kilometers from Verona and Mantua. Protected by the Alpine range to the north and influenced by the lake’s mild waters, they enjoy an ideal microclimate in terms of humidity and exposure.
Between Verona and Lake Garda, the morainic amphitheater shapes mineral-rich soils where clay and gravel favor drainage, while limestone adds freshness and sapidity to the wines. The warm climate, tempered by lake breezes and daily temperature shifts, ensures perfect grape ripening.
Irrigation is managed through a precise and efficient drip system, in line with our commitment to sustainable winemaking.
On the higher, gravelly slopes we grow white varieties, whose acidity and aromas are preserved by thermal variation, while the lower, more fertile soils are home to red varieties, giving structure and longevity.
On the sunny slopes of Mount Mamaor, several of our vineyards are trained using espalier, Guyot, and cordon systems with a high planting density (4,500–5,500 vines/ha). Harvesting is still mainly done by hand to ensure only the best clusters are selected.
