"Cantina Menegotti, located on the morainic hills southeast of Lake Garda, produces with Corvina one of the most interesting labels overall. The Metodo Classico Pas Dosé is a vertical and austere Blanc de Noirs, aged for at least 60 months on the lees. The bouquet is elegant and complex with floral aromas, citrus hints, and touches of iodine and balsamic notes. Structured and profound, it unfolds on the palate with freshness and sapidity."
